Is this service really free?
Yes. The matching tool and all the information on this site are completely free. We only charge for optional hands-on services: organising property visits, handling paperwork (NIF, bank accounts, contracts), or signing on your behalf with power of attorney. You choose what you need.
What can you help me with?
We can organise property visits (in person or virtual), help with legal documentation (NIF registration, opening a bank account, visa applications), review contracts, and even sign rental or purchase agreements on your behalf using a power of attorney. Each service is priced transparently.
How accurate are the prices?
We use data from Idealista, INE (Portugal's statistics office), and other sources, updated monthly. Prices shown are median asking prices and may differ from final transaction values. We recommend always verifying with current listings.
Do I need a visa to live in Portugal?
If you're from outside the EU, yes. The most common options are the D7 visa (passive income/pension), the Digital Nomad visa (D8), or the CPLP visa for lusophone countries. We can guide you through the process or refer you to a specialist immigration lawyer.
Can I use this from outside Portugal?
Absolutely. The matching tool works from anywhere. If you want us to visit properties on your behalf, we can send video reports. Many of our clients start the process entirely online before flying in to sign.
